    • Prepare Monthly Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)

    • Provide Year End Tax Package

    For that Growing Business whose owner is just too busy for monthly bookkeeping. Let us help you get and stay organized!

    • Monthly Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations - 3 Accounts

    • Categorize Transactions (up to 200 transactions)

    • Track Business Income & Organize Expenses

    • Prepare Monthly Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)

The Hello

We’ll meet-up at your office, a local coffee shop or via Zoom to talk about you and your business operations.

The Fit

We will review your Bookkeeping needs together and discuss if we are a mutual good match.

The Handshake

If we are a good fit, we will e-mail you a Letter of Engagement. This will confirm what services will be performed.

 

The Collection

We will connect accounts & upload all documents needed into QuickBooks Online.  All items are secured with the same level of encryption you find with online banking.

The Starting Line

Once we receive your documents, we get to work! We code all of your transactions as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, or equity into QuickBooks Online.

The Finish Line

Your Books are balanced & up to date! TruBooks will send you a beautiful report of your financial statements. And now we can move to monthly maintenance.
